This patent-pending business process was recently launched for client Service Experts, Inc., a division of Lennox International with 110 HVAC service centers in the U.S. and Canada.

With the Online Customer Satisfaction and Referral Program, clients can immediately leverage recommendations from satisfied customers by connecting to new prospects.

After the first week since the initial launch, results are extremely positive with over 8 in 10 customers reporting a positive experience and an 8.3% referral rate.
