The Dallas Business Journal has chosen Charlie Calise, Chief Executive Officer of ©alise and Sedei, as the subject of “Enterprise Zone,” a feature which explores how the owners of North Texas-based small- and medium-sized businesses were able to conquer the challenges of building a successful organization.

–©alise and Sedei has successfully deployed an online customer satisfaction survey that presents a referral form upon submission of high satisfaction scores from the user. This patent-pending business process was recently launched for client Service Experts, Inc., a division of Lennox International with 110 HVAC service centers in the U.S. and Canada.

Two of ©alise and Sedei’s broadcast commercials for Taco Cabana’s “Great State of Cabana” campaign each have won 2009 Bronze Telly Awards.

Charles Calise of Calise and Sedei has established a nonprofit organization, Brunch For A Bunch, which will host a series of four fundraising events for children’s charities each year. The organization's first event, scheduled for October 24, 2009 at Fearing’s Restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton, will benefit The Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.

Calise and Sedei will launch a completely redesigned and updated Web site at the beginning of November, featuring multiple creative elements from the advertising agency’s classic and recent campaigns. The Web site will present ©alise and Sedei’s mission: “Think Smart, Work Smart, and Do What is Smart for the Client’s Business.”
